Chef Joseph Tompson“Joe” attended Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Arts Institute, and was awarded the following Certificates:

- Certificate De Cuisine Elementaire in 1999
- Certificate De Cuisine Intermediaire in 2000
- Certificate De Cuisine Supérieure in 2001

Culminating in a Diploma De Cuisine Le Cordon Bleu

During 2001 to 2003, he worked at the Chateau Laurier in Ottawa as a saucière, a chef and butcher. In 2002, he worked as the Chef at the Crepe de France Restaurant

 

Sunna Na“Sunny” earned a bachelor’s degree in home management in 1997 at the Sook Myung Women’s University, and attended Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Arts Institute in 1999, obtaining the following certificates:

- Certificate De Patisserie Elementaire
- Certificate De Cuisine Elementaire
- Certificate De Cuisine Intermediaire

In 2002, she studied at the Chocolate Shop under a Master Chocolatiere, while working as an assistant Pastry Dessert Chef at the National Arts Centre.
